WHY TEAK WOOD? Teakwood is indigenous to many areas of the world including Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa. The teak that comes from these different areas varies in grain, color, and durability. Our teak furniture is constructed from only the finest cuts of solid Indonesian plantation grown teak. Indonesian teak has the reputation as being of the highest quality teakwood available in the world today. In the early 1900's, the Indonesian government had the foresight to realize that teakwood would be a valuable resource to their country which resulted in the creation of Perhutani teak plantations. Today, teak that originates in Indonesia can only be cut from the Perhutani plantations.

Warranty: There is a one-year warranty against structural failure, provided the furniture is assembled correctly and is subjected to normal use and against wood rot and insect infestation. Structural failure after incorrect assembly, variations in wood color due to weathering, roughness, and non-structural cracks or splits are not warranted. Please note that Oxford Garden cannot be liable for failure caused by abuse, neglect, or the application of paint or polyurethane.
