Can my order be shipped to a PO box?
No, sorry for any inconvenience, but UPS and FedEx will not ship packages to P.O. boxes.

How do I exchange or return an item?
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
At OutdoorGardenFurniture.Net, we want to make every effort to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience! Due to our comprehensive customer service policies, we have earned a 99% customer satisfaction rate!
Less than 1% of our orders arrive damaged or defective. However, in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent claims and to keep our prices as low as possible, we strictly enforce our return policy.
In the rare and unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your item, we will do what we can to fix the situation provided that you adhere to the following policy:
Items shipped via FEDEX, UPS, DHL, OR CALOVER:
In order to ensure timely, reliable, and trackable delivery, we make every effort to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Calover to ship our orders. All items shipped via these traditional shipping carriers (listed above) are eligible for return if a claim is made WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY. We will allow returns (and cover all expenses involved) for the following reasons only:
- damaged or defective item
- incorrect item received
If you are unhappy with your item for either of the two reasons listed above, please log your return request VIA EMAIL to admin@outdoorgardenfurniture.net . All requests for return will be handled by our customer service department.
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than the two reasons listed above, the item must be shipped back to us in its original packaging in original condition. In this situation, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In addition, this type of return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
For damaged items or incorrect items, you may be asked to provide photographs showing the damaged or incorrect item before a decision is made. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Per your request, we will then either issue a refund to you or send you a replacement product.
Please note: We do NOT issue credits, partial refunds or any other concessions for damaged or defective items. In the rare event that your item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement product or issue a refund once the damaged or defective item is returned to us. You will not incur any additional costs during this process.
Items shipped via freight truck (Roadway Express, Yellow Freight, etc.):
Please understand that, due to the size and/or weight of some of our items, freight truck delivery will be required. If this is the case, we will make every effort to notify you and keep you up to date on the shipping information. We will also provide you with tracking information whenever possible.
Please note the following two points regarding freight truck delivery:
- Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Please make arrangements to accommodate this.
- Items shipped via freight truck are NOT RETURNABLE once signed for. Please inspect your item(s) BEFORE signing for a freight delivery. In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective, REFUSE the order, DOCUMENT THE DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT PAPERWORK, and CONTACT US via phone (1-800-969-6876) or email (admin@outdoorgardenfurniture.net) immediately. We will then send out a replacement at no additional charge to you.

Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.
Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 1-800-969-6876 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time
